Mods keep downloading things as zip

 · I'm having trouble actually installing forge version When I click installer on the page it downloads the file as bltadwin.ru, In the zip file, There is no sort of executable so I can't actually install forge. IDK if I'm just incompetent or if this is a real problem but plz help.  · Mods will not download as zip files like their supposed to do - posted in Skyrim Mod Troubleshooting: whenever I download a mod it just downloads a page, not a zip file in which Im supposed to extract and do all that jazz. All of the links to the download of the new minecraft update are ZIP files, not JAR files! I've tried putting it into bltadwin.ruaft folder, (nothing in-game is changed, no updates D:) and even deleting the original bltadwin.ru and leaving only the bltadwin.ru, but then it doesn't work!.
